Steve Meidinger is our Senior Vice President of Preconstruction. Steve leads the Estimating & Preconstruction teams with a strategic focus on delivering high-value EPC projects in the renewable energy sector. With a career spanning over a decade, Steve has driven transformative initiatives in financial forecasting, project margin planning, and enterprise-wide process standardization.
Steve’s favorite part of his role is collaborating across disciplines to solve complex challenges and create scalable systems that drive both operational excellence and financial performance. He is especially proud of implementing cutting-edge platforms like Beck Destini and B2W Suite, which have revolutionized data-driven decision-making across preconstruction functions.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing outdoor hobbies that keep him grounded and energized. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
