As Vice President of People and Culture, Souzi Weiland serves as a strategic member of the Executive Leadership Team with a focus on building a scalable talent architecture, enhancing leadership capabilities, and driving cultural alignment to support the company’s long-term growth agenda.
Souzi brings more than 15 years of experience leading people and culture strategies in complex, high-growth environments. She has held senior leadership roles at Expand Energy (formerly Southwestern Energy), Anadarko Petroleum, and Enbridge Energy where she played a key role in large-scale organizational transformations, including the post-merger integration of the largest natural gas producer in the U.S.
Known for her ability to align talent strategy with business execution, Souzi has led initiatives in culture activation, leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning—particularly in fast paced and evolving settings where agility and structure must coexist.
Souzi holds a Master of Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting, both from the University of Houston.
