Sam brings over 35 years of experience in the Engineering & Construction industry. He served the last 18 years at Technip Energies and its predecessor companies as Vice President Legal. In this capacity he managed a global team of transactional lawyers drafting and negotiating engineering and construction related agreements, including multi-billion-dollar EPC agreements for the Energy & Chemicals sector.
Sam’s extensive background managing EPC contract negotiations and agreements, including technology licensing and joint venture agreements, will be a tremendous asset to Signal Energy.
