Mike Christy, CEO, brings 30 years of self-perform Engineering & Construction experience plus 20 years of executive leadership experience serving three of the largest U.S. specialty contractors. He is credited with representing a collective workforce in upwards of 14,000 employees, growing company profit, and implementing strategic customer growth strategies. In his most recent position as Segment President, he was responsible for a multi-billion-dollar utility construction platform, which was comprised of electric transmission, distribution, and substation as well as natural gas distribution, renewable energy, and telecommunication construction services.
Mike holds a B.S degree in Environmental Studies from Emporia State University and has completed the Cornerstone Executive Development Program (Dallas, TX) and the Leadership Development Academy at Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI).
