Andrew Jean Louis

Chief of Staff

Andrew Jean-Louis serves as Chief of Staff, bringing a sharp focus on corporate strategy and energy market intelligence. Most recently, he served as a Consulting Partner at Wood Mackenzie, where he guided utility clients through the complexities of negotiating EPC contracts, driving operational efficiencies through procurement, and building global cross-functional teams. His background is rooted in a blend of technical and commercial disciplines. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked at Guidehouse, where he led the development of energy efficiency standards for commercial and residential equipment for the U.S. Department of Energy.

As Chief of Staff, he serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for translating high-level vision into actionable corporate initiatives. He plays a central role in the company’s governance, leading the development of critical change frameworks (OKRs) and performance frameworks (KPIs) to enable organizational success and manage the rhythm of business operations. His mandate includes driving the company’s strategic planning cycles, optimizing executive decision-making processes, and leading high-impact special projects that ensure alignment across the company’s diverse operational units. Andrew is focused on building a culture of transparency and agility, ensuring that the Office of the CEO operates with the same precision and reliability as the energy infrastructure the firm designs, builds, and delivers.

Andrew holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

In his spare time, he enjoys getting in basketball runs at the local YMCA and rooting on his Knicks as they hunt for their overdue championship. While Andrew came up as a New Yorker, he now lives in the Heights in Houston, TX.
